Return Policy: Due to the handmade character of our products, we only offer exchanges of items that are damaged during shipping. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of return. 
1. To be eligible for a return & exchange, you must email us within 3 days of delivery at sisters@inspiredthingsstudio.com with a photo of the damaged item along with a description of the damage.
2. We will review your request and get back to you within 7-days.
3. Once approved, the item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You must include the receipt or proof of purchase.
4. Once your return is received, we will ship out a replacement item within 7 business days.  Since many of our items are one of a kind, we reserve the right to send an item that is similar in style and color.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
